Founder Story
The reflections and practices within this course arise from a journey navigated firsthand: learning to trust my inner landscape within a mental health system never designed to acknowledge the spiritual dimension of human experience.
For years, I moved through psychiatric hospitals, misdiagnoses, and medication cycles. What was treated purely as pathology was actually a profound spiritual process unfolding without language, context, or support. It began in adolescence, where the pressure to suppress essential parts of myself to preserve relationships eventually collided with deep, unexpressed inner movements. What I experienced was not simply "illness," but a crisis of consciousness.
Driven to understand this deeper terrain, I returned to nursing and completed my Master’s Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2021. Yet inside the clinical world, I encountered a system largely shaped by diagnostic criteria tied to pharmaceutical research rather than the reality of lived experience. To bridge this gap, I turned to ancient healing traditions, spiritual science, and the quiet, stabilizing intelligence of the heart. There, I found the framework that modern models lacked—one that views human suffering through the lens of mind, body, and spirit.
Today, my work integrates clinical knowledge with spiritual insight to help individuals understand their symptoms not as permanent defects, but as part of a deeper process of fragmentation, distortion, and reconnection. This program offers the structure, clarity, and holistic perspective I once needed but never received—a bridge between psychology and consciousness, grounded in compassion, autonomy, and self-awareness.
Coherent Tides grew from this exact intention. It is not doctrine or rigid authority, but an invitation: a space to offer practical insights that support you in loosening limiting beliefs, recognizing your subtle inner movements, and reconnecting with the coherence that exists beneath confusion.
